Hero MotoCorp strives to provide equal opportunities for career growth. Started my journey as a Management Trainee in 2020, and since then, I have been provided opportunities to work closely with the Enterprise Leaders. Learning from their years of experience and valuable guidance helped me further hone my strategic thinking and people management skills.

It is heartening to work in a Company whose policies are progressive and pro-people. Post maternity, policies like flexible work hours, reduced travelling, creche facilities were really supportive to help me resume work. Here is an organisation that really cares and values you and I am really happy to belong here.

Hero MotoCorp is a great place to be in. I am always impressed to witness the core values of the company- Respect, Passion, Integrity, Courage and responsibility being exhibited by all employees all the time. The organisation gives immense opportunity for its employees to innovate, experiment and learn from failures. Employees are appreciated, recognised and rewarded for their hard work and achievements. I have been a beneficiary of learning and growing with the organisation assuming roles in many geographies of the country.

The amount of exposure and opportunities which Hero has given me in a very short span of time is unparalleled. I have had the chance to work along with people of over 20 different nationalities, spread across 4 continents. This has not only led me to experience the rich cultural diversity, but has also helped me develop a more holistic business understanding. Hero has believed in me more than I believe in myself, and I certainly couldn't have asked for a better start to my career!
